4. How do we process data?

4.1 We process only personal data to the extent that is necessary for the purpose of communication and if you are our customer for the purpose of order/service execution. 

4.2 Additional purposes of processing personal data may include email notifications about new products, administration of customer relationships, and support.

5. Who do we share your data with?

5.1 We do not share your data with others. All collected data is only available for GRIPWIQ ApS.

5.2 Exceptions may be expected as a matter of the Danish tax Authority’s reporting obligations. The extent of data is determined by the public authority. 

6. How long do we store your data?

6.1 If you send us a message via our contact forms, then this data and its metadata will be retained indefinitely. 

7. What rights do you have over your data?

7.1 If you have sent us a message, you can request an exported file with the personal data we have about you, including all data you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to store for administrative, legal, or security reasons.
